Foundation ADFP – Tourism with a Social Purpose

ADFP Foundation – Assistence, Development and Professional Training is a non-profit Social Solidarity Institution, with public utility status, that proceeds the activity of the Association for Development and Professional Training, born in November 1987, and located in Miranda do Corvo.

At homes the Foundation ADFP supports wives/mothers in poverty situations, children “without family”, young adults with disabilities or mentally ill, sick elderly at the end of their lives, refugees and homeless people. The owner also offers services in education, culture, and social and health assistance for community support. It’s a national example for occupational inclusion of people with handicaps.

ADFP Foundation invests in people with kindness. In order to diversify revenue and creating new work stations, it seeks to innovate and create projects in agriculture and tourism, always keeping in mind humanist values.

Its presence in Conímbriga Hotel do Paço makes it possible to take advantage of its excellence service and, simultaneously, contributes to the revenues that will be fully invested on social answers to ADFP Foundation.
