Moved by the origins of gastronomy, the Restaurant found its inspiration on the historical Roman cook Marcus Gavius Apicius.
In here, we build from the origin of gastronomy, developing the ingredients with care, modernity and refinement, transforming them into unique and unforgettable flavors that can be served with a careful selection of wines.
In another room, we find a charming winter bar that, in summer, finds a pair on the iconic dovecote next to the Hotel’s pool.
